The book has some good information. I however did not like the many many pages of exercises that were put into the book. The book has some success stories and was generally helpful.

Just started reading this book for the second time. There is so much information . I am scheduled to have a bypass in about a month. You can never have to much knowledge. This is a life altering surgery and this book lets you know what to expect. From the hospital to follow up, recipes and menues.

This is a great book. It is not only informative but funny at times. When going through this surgery you had better have a sense of humor or borrow someones!!!

No new info from this book. There are other better books from Susan Maria. i would not recommend this book if you own others on weight loss surgery.
