If you are thinking of having weightloss surgery this is the book for you. It has everything from pre-op visits to Md and weightloss team, to 1 year post op. You will be well versed when you meet with the Dr. for the 1st time and you will know what questions you need to be asking. The book has been extremely helpful for me and is written very simply and is easy to understand. Great read. I highly reccommend this book, Thanks Barbara Thompson and Marina Kurian.

This book is great for anyone thinking, having, of have had wls. There are great recipes for the different stages. It also gives great incite for everything from decided to get wls to emotional struggles after wls. I had it Gastric bypass on the 4th and I haven't gone more then a couple days without looking at it! Great book!
