This book has great information on grilling, from basic, to more expert tips. Has a lot of simple, yet tasty recipes. Makes a great father's day / birthday gift.

Excellent book. I saw this book while visiting my sister. I ordered one for myself and my son. Great recipes and lots of pictures. One of the best put together recipe books I've seen so far.

I have not tried any of the recipes yet, but I can't wait! This book is full of wonderful recipes, tips for grilling, and wonderful illustrations, including step-by-step instructions on how to gtill. I hope to use this book for many years to come.

This is a great book for those that enjoy grilling. It is very thorough and explains many different aspects of grilling, including cuts of meats, specific cooking times, and other important pieces of info. Also has many great recipes! We love it!!

Love the pictures for step by step instructions making what might otherwise appear complicated to the novice, possible.
Would like some simpler recipes as well for the beginner or the person with limited time.
